Beautiful colocation close to Paris

Hi Friends,

We have a room available, very close to the Epinay sur seine railway station. It's a well secured, newly renovated building with a Gardien and two lifts. You can reach Paris in less than a half hour as you have RER C, Tramway and many buses within a few minutes of walk from the house. The appartment is well furnished, along with internet and Washing machine too. Currently, we have an Indian guy and a French girl staying in the house. The room is available from 01st of May.

Nous avons un joli appartement au 5 me tage d'un immeuble rcemment renov et bien localis, se trouvant trs proche de la gare d'Epinay, d'une ligne de Tramway, d'un centre commercial et de plusieurs lignes de bus. Vous pouvez atteindre le centre de Paris en moins d'une demi-heure. Le batiment est bien scuris avec un gardien, des camras de surveillance et est servi par deux grands ascenseurs. L'appartement est bien meubl pour les tudiants, avec un double lit, un placard, une table d'tude et une chaise roulante dans chaque chambre. Ensuite, vous avez une cuisine moderne avec un frigo, une table manger 4 places, cuisinire induction, micro-onde, une machine laver etc, un grand salon avec un canap 5 places, une SDB avec baignoire et un WC.
Nous cherchons une troisime personne, de prfrence une tudiante/ Jeune travailleuse.
Le loyer sera de 380 Euros et les charges seront de 120 Euros, comprenant l'lectricit, l'eau chaude et froide, le chauffage, l'internet par WIFI et l'entretien du bâtiment.
L'APL est admissible.

Note for future tenants

Dear friends

You have come here looking for a room. Please note that in case there is no contract, you will need the following to prove your residence at various places, like while opening a bank account, applying for your navigo card, etc.

  1. A letter from the landlord / main tenant stating that you are living at this address
  2. A copy of ID card of landlord / main tenant
  3. Address proof (EDF, Landline bill, etc)

When you take a room, please be aware that it is your responsibiity to keep your room and the common area clean. Please also note that any damage done at your place of residence during your stay there will be your responsibility.

Besides, be aware that there is an one month notice period when you will be leaving your room. Check about the notice period with your landlord.
