Nous sommes en recherche d’une nouvelle colocataire dans un appartement meubl de 80M2 la Dfense. Nous sommes trois tudiantes Indiennes, en cole de commerce. La chambre qui se libre ( partir du 01 mars) fait 13M2 environ. L’appartement est chaleureux et trs bien situ, 2-3 min pieds du centre commercial des 4 Temps. Le loyer est de 518 cc. We are looking for a new roommate in a furnished 80M2 apartment at La Dfense. We are three Indian students, studying at skema business school. The room that is available (from 01 March) is approximately 13M2. The apartment is warm and very well located, 2-3 min walk from the 4 Temps shopping centre. The rent is 518 cc. Note for future tenants
Dear friends
You have come here looking for a room. Please note that in case there is no contract, you will need the following to prove your residence at various places, like while opening a bank account, applying for your navigo card, etc.
- A letter from the landlord / main tenant stating that you are living at this address
- A copy of ID card of landlord / main tenant
- Address proof (EDF, Landline bill, etc)
When you take a room, please be aware that it is your responsibiity to keep your room and the common area clean. Please also note that any damage done at your place of residence during your stay there will be your responsibility.
Besides, be aware that there is an one month notice period when you will be leaving your room. Check about the notice period with your landlord.

Also, please note that if you have listed yourself as a room seeker, you will be informed when a new accommodation is posted.
