whether NIR can do part time jobs in France????

I hold a dependent Visa, Can i do any full time or part time job?

What does current status of employment mean?
As for the jobs - you have to hunt, in France as in India. But, they are not easy to come by.

On a dependent visa, no.
On family and private life dependent visa, yes.
