For english teaching, see this article, may help you =>
http://www.englishparis.com/article-teaching-english-paris.php
But you may need work permit for that. It's not something where they lack people, there are plenty of expats around from english speaking countries, unless you try in remote places ... you may always try, you know, we never know ...
Yeah, all the best, good night. |

But how do I get working papers.
I can go as a tourist, talk to employers, ask them to send me employment papers and come back and apply for a work visa. But for that I need money. The only way to get that is till now through the export business which I am developing. But if I can develop it I would rather get a business visa; why will I apply for a teaching job. I do not need to settle as long as she does not say yes. I can be on business visa till then if my business is earning me rewards. And also if I can be there with a business visa I would then try to get photography assignments.
But, how long will it take to develop the business, will she wait that long? That is the question.
I think I will change my name from Prometheus to Hamlet in Orkut.
You see I have a treacherous mother, my father is dead, my love interest is French and I have hosts of dilemmas. _________________ In Love mi corazon . |

Thanks for the interviews ... but I see your basic problems are still the same as it was at the beginning when we first chatted ...
Yes, import export is a good business, though it can really be tough if you don't have experience ... I wish if I could help you more in this regard ... you could, for example, propose copyrighting service, for example, since I have seen your english is good, as I know many companies are looking for people who can write, or you can propose your service as a freelancer.
You may try searching the site of Craigslist for that. |

Yes, copyrighting is a getting considered as a more and more lucrative profession. If you are copyrighting in english, then you won't need french, and it's an international profession.
Primarily, you need to have a good level of written english, like native speakers (thus, much better than what I write) and you will write content for various websites. It's also called content writing.
You can look in Craigslist (link I gave above), writers section, in various cities, and see if there's any proposition that you like. See this page for example. Basically, you look in this page for different cities to get an offer of your choice. |

One thing came to the mind ... if you are considering taking up copyrighting as a part or fulltime profession, but think that you need to brush up a few things and do some practice writings before going professional, of course this is a site where you can write, but apart from this one there is one more site where you can write and submit your articles.
EzineArticles.com. Advantage of writing in this one is that your articles, if well written, will eventually be republished in many different websites, as you can see here (it's a google link where you can see my articles getting published in different websites).
Your advantage, if you decide to write professionally, you can have a good solid portfolio that you can add to your CV. But hey guys, if you are writing for that website, please don't overlook this one as well ... or I will be sad |

Hi naresh
Thanks for your offer. In fact, as the site stands now, I can't really ask you for anything, but as I have planned, there are many sections that I would like to set up, and improve existing sections, where doing alone would be an extremely hard job.
For example, the "Bollywood Music" section can be developed, I believe this can be make one of the best of the web, if we can have a good collection with songs arranged by movie, singer, actors, theme, etc. But for that, I will have to develop an interface where it will be easy to add a new song, and will have to consult an advocate about how legal this practice is. As common sense goes, what I am doing is illegal, and after having a discussion with an advocate, may be early next year, I will either remove similar you tubed sections, or will develop a piece of software to make it one of the best that we see in the web today.
Apart from that, the "FAQ" section can be developed as well, with more practical and commonly asked questions with authentic replies, and we can have a secion "Cuisine" ... and there are always newer ideas ... let's see how the new year arrives, and I will probably make it more interactive and will then ask for some serious help, if you are still free then.
Anyway, thanks for your proposition, and thanks to all who have offered their help.
best
Sourav |
