TV on computer: English, Hindi, French & Regional Langua

I had previously posted a link to watching TV channels from around the world on FreeTV

I would like to share a link for an application for playing channels like Hindi news channels, French and English international channels, many channels from Indian states and in fact from all over the world:

It is good for people who are in France for a short period of time, and do not have TV connection (but have net), or want to watch Hindi news or who work on computers and would like to catch up on TV news once in a while!

It has a simple interface, and plays well.
