I think free telecom is even cheaper. That's free. Some of us are also using the service of neuf telecom (no more available now), which is free as well.
Else, to call to a mobile, I use telerabais.com, 9 cents / minute. And it's phone to phone.

Neuf telecom started again free service to India .
So now two operators are providing free landlines calls to india : Free and Neuf

Hey you are talking about calling from laptop or using their phone.
I dont want to take a connection (if there are additional costs involved), can you suggest me anything cheaper than 1 Euro cent per minute for calls to India using my laptop or mobile.
