Sausage Masala

Ingredients:
1 packet of sausages- 200- 250 gms
1 onion- finely chopped or grated (if you want it 'richer' add 1 and 1/2 onion)
garlic paste- 1 tsf
ginger paste - 1 tsf
tomatoes- 1 large
1/2 tsf zeera powder
1 pinch haldi powder- optional
1/2 tsf dhaniya powder
1 tsf mixed herbs of provence
1 pinch heeng
1 tsf plain yogurt
salt
oil to fry
coriander leaves


Procedure
1. Heat the oil, add the heeng, and fry the onions and garlic paste till transparent. Add the sausages and fry, keep stirring, till the onion gets deeply fried and the oil starts separating
2. Add the ginger paste, masalas, and fry for 2 minutes stirring gently.
3. Add the yogurt and fry for 2 -3 minutes
4. Add the tomatoes, and cover for 5 minutes at low heat.
5. Take off the cover, increase the heat, and cook till dry, stirring gently.
6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves
