yep, once things are sorted out with RTT, we can have a section for partners. It'll take 5 minutes for me to create a section and forums and then to move all the topics. So, don't worry.

oh I don't. You didn't answer me, where would the sections sorted by town go? They would be spread here and there or still gathered in one place? |

You mean those of the forum? Well, I haven't really thought to change anything in the forum, apart from the look since people were telling that the present look is not good.
But let's see how things progress ... as yet, nothing is planned to change the structure of the forum. But then who knows, tomorrow some member can come up with a brilliant idea that will be liked by everybody.

Dear All,
I know u all already wrote a lot regarding smilys. But for me as well, this is something which makes our quotes really live. 
Regarding partners or others links, I would say that we should keep our site as a unique site for Indain and Hindi speaking community. If I am not wrong, our purpose is to help others who want to know more regarding India or regarding France. We all should try to survive it with new materials, postings, photos, videos, events and informations. However we can add links to other official websites ( like TV channels, govt information sites etc. )
What you think ?
I have one different idea ! Why not to form an association and register with local authority under law 1901 ( association act under french rules ). In that case, we have to open a bank account but we will have different advantages . We can have marrie halls to organise cultural events, we can have other publicity help and if everything goes well, we may even have financial help to develop our activities.
Think about it !
