What you need:
- potatoes (count 2 per person)
- light sour cream (creme fraiche liquide)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper

Peel and cut the potatoes in thin slices.
Peel and but the garlic in 4.
Alternate layers of potatoes, cream, garlic, salt and pepper, until there are no more ingredients.

Finish coating the top with cream, salt and pepper.

Cook at 225 degrees celcius for 1 hour minimum, depending on the size of your gratin dish.
