This is an easy dish with a south Indian flavor. I hope Naveen will post more original South Indian recipes!

Ingredients:
* Cauliflower- cut into florets 250 gms
* Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp
* Whole red chillies 4
* Cashew nuts 10
* Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil, add the cauliflower and salt according to taste. Fry till brown.
Blend coconut, cashew, whole chillies, a little salt and lemon juice into a paste. Add some water if
needed.
Heat oil, fry the paste for 4-5 minutes and add the already fried cauliflower.
Goes well with roti/ rice.
